Do you want the ending of Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty explained? CyberPunk’s Phantom Liberty is a DLC that has unlocked new endings for the original game. You can choose different branches of the story you want to follow. Once you have the best build you could have, you would like to end the story well. The ending of the DLC is quite complicated since it requires you to understand Reed’s and Songbird’s mind games. You’re in the right place to have the ending of Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty explained.
The Ending of Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty explained.
When you have reached the end of the DLC, only then will you understand the risk behind your choices. Reed and Songbird both promise the cure for V’s condition. But in return, V has to betray the other one.
Songbird is a genuinely kind-hearted person, but Reed is the person who keeps V in check since V lives in a chaotic world. It looks as if Reed and Songbird are fond of V. However, throughout the game, you will understand that they can also be ruthless when needed. Both of them also have a history of betraying their friends.
So you must decide to choose one side. You must either side with Reed or Songbird. Even though neither side is entirely reasonable, if you want to see the new ending of V’s story, you have to side with Reed.

Should You Kill or Spare Songbird in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty?
You should spare Songbird in Cyberpunk 2077. Once you have sided with Reed, you will give up Songbird to the FIA. He will keep in touch with you on and off. You will have to wait patiently for many in-game days for his conversations to end.
Your patience will pay off when you are presented with the opportunity to initiate a critical turning point. This choice will lead to you being airlifted to Washington, D.C., where you’ll undergo a life-changing surgery generously funded by the appreciative president of the NUSA. This decision allows you to skip the Arasaka Tower siege altogether. But also, this is a point of no return. You can’t change your loyalty after that. Beyond this juncture, exciting adventures are waiting, but I won’t give any further details to preserve the element of surprise.
