- Speak to Bilson: Once you arrive at the tower, Bilson will appear to tell you that the door cannot be opened, even if it is unlocked. He will tell you about a cave entrance at the bottom of the hill as an alternative way to enter the tower.
- Enter the cave under the tower: You can turn left from the tower entrance and walk down the cliff. That will lead you to the cave entrance.
- Clear boulders: The cave is filled with cracked boulders. You will need to smash those boulders and make your path. The Old claymores in the shelter come in handy in this situation. You can use it to crush the rocks. Enter the room in the south. Remember not to turn north because there’s a room filled with enemies.
- Use the Ascend ability to enter the tower: Clear your way into the south room, and you will find a huge boulder blocking your way. You can find Bubbulfrog behind this Boulder, and defeating it can give you Bubbul Gem. Try it out if you are interested; otherwise, you can directly walk into the center of the room. You can easily find the spot by looking at the ceiling. Then you can use Ascend’s ability to travel through the roof and enter the Sahasra Slop Skyview Tower.
- Clear the sticks jamming the door and open it: You will see some sticks obstructing it. Remove them and open the main entrance of the tower. This will allow Billson to enter the building and activate the tower.
