Do you want to know about Fortnite update v26.20 early patch notes: downtime and what to expect? Gamers everywhere are excited about the recent release of Fortnite’s newest update, v26.20 (4.02), which became available on September 26, 2023. So, let’s discuss Fortnite update v26.20 early patch notes: downtime and what to expect guide.

Update v26.20 Early Patch Notes, Down, Time And What To Expect In Fortnite

The latest update for Fortnite Battle Royale, v26.20, was released a little over a month after the start of the new season by Epic Games. The previous major update, 26.10, brought the My Hero Academia wave two collaboration, which included a new mythic item and the return of the Deku Smash. Players could earn season 4 XP by completing My Hero Academia quests, but no free cosmetics were available.

Ahsoka Tano

The v26.20 update is fascinating because it introduces the Unknown Ahsoka Tano rewards and new quests. Ahsoka Tano, a popular character from the Star Wars franchise, will now be part of the metaverse. Players can unlock the Ahsoka Tano Outfit and other cosmetics associated with her.

Lightsabers and Force Powers

When players interact with them, Star Wars Rift Gates will return and spawn lightsabers and force powers. This feature will provide players with new ways to engage in combat and add another dimension to gameplay.

New Weapons and Items

Moreover, players can expect the return of fan-favorite Star Wars weapons and items, such as blasters and other possibilities. These reintroductions will excite players and add to the game’s overall excitement.

However, some items will be vaulted in this update, including everything related to Fortnite’s birthday celebrations and Deku’s Smash Mythic item. These items can still be found on Creative Maps, though.

What Time Will Be The Servers Back Online?

As with every significant Fortnite update, Epic Games had to take down the servers for scheduled maintenance to prepare them for the new release. The servers were down for care on September 26, 2023, at 3 AM ET / 8 AM BST / 9 AM CEST. Based on previous updates, they were expected to return online at roughly 10 AM BST on the same day.
