This fishy-looking Pokémon character is from the Hoenn region of Pokémon. This is one of the rare Pokémon you must catch in the game to evolve in Milotic. Players take part in a multi-step process to develop Feebas, where they must provide Feebas with a prism scale to hold. Subsequently, players can evolve Feebas into Milotic. Here is how you can find Feebas in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask.
Trainers find Feebas in the pools hidden within the tunnels beneath the Crystal Pool of Oni Mountain. Before entering the caves, players must enhance their encounter power specifically for water-type Pokémon. This step is essential to increase the likelihood of finding and catching a Feebas significantly. Making a specific sandwich and consuming it can help increase the Encounter power.
After catching the Feebas, players need to get their hands on the Prism scale. There are three ways to obtain the Prism scale in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask.
- Prism scale can be collected from the Fellhorn George of Kitakami Region. To find this, you have to go to the eastern side of the George, then cross a small land and then a body of water. Then, you will find the Prism scale on the beach.
- Filling 140 entries into the Kitakami Pokedex allows trainers to obtain a Prism Scale.
- Completing the Orge Outstin Run also allows trainers to obtain a Prism Scale.
Then, after obtaining both the Feebas and the Prism Scale, you have to trade a Feebas holding a prism scale with another player to evolve to a Milotic.
