Where to Find Coral Weapons in Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon
Coral weapons are the type of weapon players could find late in the game. Their characteristic reddish-orange explosion could identify them. Coral weapons can only be found when the players reach the New Game Plus Plus stage. There are six types of coral weapons, each with a unique set of attributes. Most of these weapons come from the arena.
There are six coral weapons in Armored Core 6,
- IB-C03W1-WLT 011 Coral Rifle
- IB-C03W2-WLT 101 Coral Oscillator
- IB-C03W3-NGI 006 Coral Missile Launcher
- IB-C03W4-NGI 025 Coral Shield
- IA-C01W6-NG Redshift Coral Rifle
- IA-C01W7-ML Redshift Coral Oscillator
Most of these weapons will come from the New Game Plus Arena. You can see three restricted tiers once you reach the New Game Plus area. You will unlock these tiers as you progress through the campaign.
The second restricted tier unlocks from the Battle against Hell Boss fight. Completing this will reward you with the IB-C03W1-WLT 011 Coral Rifle. After you’ve progressed further, you could open the third tier. This battle would be against a mechanized version of Ire. By completing this task, you can use the IA-C01W6-NG Redshift Coral Rifle and IA-C01W7-ML RedShift Coral Oscillator.

Players can obtain the IB-C03W3-NGI 006 Coral Missile Launcher and the IB-C03W4-NGI 025 Coral Shield as rewards upon completing missions. The mission ‘Regain the Control of the Xylem’ would reward these weapons. During the gameplay of the task, the game hides several chests in different areas. By unlocking these chests, you could obtain these weapons. At the start of the mission, players can find the first chest just below the platform. The second chest is also on the same level but farther away. You have to defeat incoming waves of enemies to get to these weapons.
Obtaining the IB-C03W2-WLT 101 Coral Osiccillator is the hardest among the coral weapons. To get your hands on this sweeping melee weapon, you need to attain Hunter Class 15. Collecting every game battle log allows players to achieve Hunter class 15.
