Lies of P: How to Get All the Endings Explained
Lies of P, just like most other Soulslike games, have multiple endings in the game. These endings will be based on your previous gameplay and, most importantly, your preferences. There are three possible endings to the Lies of P. They are as,
- Real Boy: They All Lived Happily Ever After
- Rise of P
- Free from the Puppet String
The way of getting these endings will be based on how you have played the game up to the end and how much progress you have gained in different aspects of the game.
1. Real Boy: They All Lived Happily Ever After
- Players must defeat the last boss, Simon Manus, the Awakened God, to unlock this ending.
- After that, players must go down using the center of the arena to find Geppetto.
- Then he offers to make you a human with the large amount of Ergo you have and the Hand of God you acquire from Simon. But to make you a Human, Gepetto asks for your Heart.
- There will be two choices appearing on the screen. They will be Give the Heart and Refuse. The Real Boy ending will be acquired when you accept the offer and give him the Heart.
- Ultimately, Gepetto will rip your Heart and place it in a box nearby. Then, you will be transitioned back to Hotel Krat.
- You will see Gepetto on the steps, and as he leaves, you will join him. Then Gepetto welcomes Carlo; you will see residents’ bodies in the background.
2. Rise of P
This is the most common ending that most players will get.
- After Defeating Simon Manus and meeting Gepetto, he refuses to give his Heart instead of offering him your Heart.
- This will result in angry Gepetto blaming and chastising you. Then, he will give rise to the Nameless Puppet from the nearby box.
- Then You have to fight with the Nameless Puppet Boss. Then, in the last stages of the boss fight, Nameless Puppet will try to kill you, but Gepetto jumps in the blade’s path and sacrifices himself.
- Then, you will get the chance to finish off the Nameless Puppet.
- After defeating the boss, Gepetto will bid you farewell and apologize.
- Then the sun rises over the Krat, and Blue Butterfly floats away. Then, you will find the puppet of Sophia and transfer your ergo to give her life at your expense.

3. Free From the Puppet String
To acquire this ending, you must play the entire game without telling a lie. If you have managed that, only this ending will be available.
- When you have defeated Laxasia the Complete within Arche Abbey, you will encounter Sophia.
- After having a brief conversation with her, you will be given two options. Either to Give Her Peace or Let Her Live. You have to select Let Her Live from the options.
- Then you will have to defeat Simon Manus. Before dying, he will ask you what you did with Sophia. Please select the I liberated from Arche Abbey.
- Then, you have to go down the elevator and meet Gepetto. Then you will be again asked to Give the Heart or Refuse the offer.
- You have to refuse the offer, then the Nameless Puppet will appear, and you have to defeat him.
- The only difference in this ending is that when Gepetto dies, he will call you a “useless puppet” instead of making peace with you.
