Craftable Weapons With Mulligan in Destiny 2

Do you want to know about craftable weapons with Mulligan in Destiny 2? Including craftable weapons in Destiny 2 has completely transformed how players pursue loot. The Witch Queen DLC introduced weapon crafting, which has significantly enhanced the gameplay experience with its depth and ability for customization. One of the most fascinating aspects of this feature is the option to create weapons with unique perks, such as Mulligan. This guide will tell you about craftable weapons with Mulligan in Destiny 2.

Destiny 2: Craftable Weapons With Mulligan

In Destiny 2, the Mulligan perk allows players to retrieve ammo that misses its target and return it to the magazine. This perk is particularly valuable for weapons like Grenade Launchers (GL), where conserving ammo is crucial. If you use Mulligan on an aggressive frame shotgun or a heavy GL, turn the GL into a high-damage, unlimited-ammo weapon.

Destiny 2 offers many craftable weapons, including Exotic and Legendary guns. However, you cannot craft all-new weapons. The best-in-class guns are typically craftable; this list is updated each season. For instance, several new weapons were added to the craftable list in Season of the Seraph.

Crafting in Destiny 2 involves collecting patterns tied to specific weapons and using them to craft and reshape them. Players select a “blank” weapon to imprint the desired perks on to craft a weapon and then choose the guns from which they want to pull perks or frames.

Additionally, players have discovered a crafting glitch that allows them to merge legendary and exotic weapons. This glitch involves quickly clicking on one weapon to pull perks or frames from and then clicking on the second weapon before the screen switches to the first one.

Is This Weapon Crafting Glitch Fixed?

Destiny 2 developer Bungie has outlined their plan for addressing the weapon crafting bug affecting players.

  1. The first step will involve a server-side update that prevents all players from using any crafted weapons.
  2. The second fix, which has no specific release date yet, will reset these weapons’ “illegal” perks to the default setting.

Despite the bug causing issues in all aspects of the game, Bungie has chosen not to shut down the game for maintenance. Players using the bug during Trials will not be penalized as they have not used any external means to gain an advantage. This decision aligns with Bungie’s policy to not restrict or ban players who discover exploits.
