In the Alpha Centauri System, there is a planet called Jamison. New Atlantis is the capital city of the United Colonies on the planet Jamison. This is also the unofficial capital of the whole Starfield universe.
This city is the hub of the operations for the United Colonies and the whole Constellation. As you arrive at the Jamison Planet in the main quest, this will be easy to locate. Here is how you can visit the New Atlantis in Starfield,
- Locate the Alpha Centauri System. This will be located in the center of the galaxy map.
- Then, locate the Jamison planet in the Alpha Centauri system and enter it. As you are entering from outer space, you will check for contrabands. After these checks, you can enter the Jamison planet.
- Once you are on the Jamison planet, the large city you see is the New Atlantis.
There are various districts in New Atlantis, such as New Atlantis Spaceport, New Atlantis Commercial District, New Atlantis MAST District, New Atlantis Residential District, The Well, and the Housing District. Each of these districts serves different purposes in the game.

Starfield: Where to Sell in New Atlantis
There are multiple locations in the New Atlantis to sell items. One of the central locations in the New Atlantis is the Trade Authority.
The Trade Authority is a well-guarded free trade store allowing you to sell stolen goods and contraband. This is located across from the UC Surplus store. The trade authority kiosk will be right next to the starship technician after you land your ship on the island. You can sell anything here, but there will be no items to buy.
