You can find vaults inside the Relentless Retreat, Sanguine Suites, or Eclipsed Estate. The easiest Vault to go for is the one in Relentless Retreat. First, head to the ground floor. For reference, Relentless Retreat is a mansion. You need to go to the basement of the estate. There will be an AI guard protecting the Vault.
You must kill the guard because he has the keycard to the Vault. Ensure you keep one slot empty for the keycard; otherwise, you can’t pick it up. After that, you need to make it past the tripwires. You can either go past them carefully without triggering them or have a harvesting tool run through the lasers and break the security gate. Once inside the Vault, interact with the white scanner outline, and the mission is complete.
