Fortnite: How To Alert A Security Camera

To trigger a Security Camera in Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 4, walk into its field of vision, indicated by a yellow cone of light. Once activated, the Camera will turn red and reveal your location on the map for all to see. However, be cautious, as nearby enemies can see you, even through walls. Triggering a camera will earn you 25K XP and help you progress towards your Weekly Bonus quests.

After triggering a camera and receiving your reward, it is essential to destroy any cameras in the area subsequently. You can use any weapon to shoot at those cameras. Remember to exercise caution when triggering Security Cameras in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4!

Fortnite: Where To Find Security Camera

You can find Security Cameras in three locations in Fortnite:

  • Sanguine Suites
  • Relentless Retreat

NPCs guard these areas and have buildings with Cameras mounted on the walls. To locate them:

  1. Explore the main buildings and head downwards. You’ll find Security Cameras near vaults, main entrances, and exits.
  2. If you need help finding them, watch for other players getting detected.
