You can get the Strand Rocket Launcher from the Solstice event that starts on July 18 and goes on for four weeks.
As part of the event, the developers mentioned increasing the enemy density and the difficulty. They are planning to give Firebound buff and the Flare bluff.
Craft armor and join the new Bonfire Bash three-player match exclusively created for this event. In this match, you can win an armor set, but before you start the match, you have to collect Silver Leaves, which is the currency of the Solstice.
The Silver Leaves can’t be spent directly also. You must convert them into Silver Ash by participating in the Bonfire Bash activity. This can be used to upgrade the armor set.
The Strand Rocket Launcher also has a Precision Frame, making it easy for players trying to land precision shots. It also has various perks, including the Field prep, Impulse Amplifier, and the Autoloading Holster in the first slot.
