Killing the Vex on the Moon
If you happen to be exploring the moon, there is a possibility of encountering a Vex Minotaur that could contain a Vex Core. It’s important to remember that there are alternative methods for initiating the quest. Moreover, triggering it can also be accomplished by eliminating the Vex or returning to the Lunar Battlegrounds.
Analyze the Vex Cores

Repair the Decryption Core
