In Fortnite, wolves and boars are non-playable characters (NPCs) that you can interact with to tame and have them as allies. Here’s how you can pet a wolf or boar in Fortnite:
- Locate a wolf or boar: Wolves and boars can typically be found in forested areas or rural locations on the Fortnite map. Look for areas with dense vegetation, such as Weeping Woods or Holly Hedges, where these animals tend to spawn.
- Approach slowly: When you spot a wolf or boar, approach it slowly and cautiously. Sudden movements or loud noises may scare them away or make them hostile.
- Equip animal food: To tame the wolf or boar, you must have animal food in your inventory. Animal food can be found as loot or by foraging in the game. Make sure you have it ready before approaching the animal.
- Drop the animal food: Stand near the wolf or boar and open your inventory. Locate the animal food and drop it on the ground. The dropped food will attract the attention of the animal.
