Who Is Litten in Pokémon Go?
Litten is a non-legendary Fire-type Pokémon. It was initially found in the Alola region and belonged to Generation 7. Litten has a Max CP of 1170, 128 ATK, 79 DEF, and 128 STA. It evolves into Torracat with 25 Litten Candy, and Torracat becomes Incineroar with 100 Litten Candy as its final evolution form.
Litten resembles a cat covered with black fur and red stripes on the legs and forehead. Its fur coat regrows twice a year, and when it does, Litten sets fire to itself to get rid of the old fur coat. You can use Litten in a gym. Not only that, it is tradeable and transferable.
Litten is weak against Ground, Rock, and Water-type moves and becomes strong in Sunny weather. Its best fast moves are Ember and Scratch. And best Charge Moves are Flamethrower, Crunch, and Flame Charge.

Unfortunately, the answer is no; you cannot catch Shiny Litten in Pokémon GO. Because the Shiny form of the Litten is not currently available in the game. Not only Litten, all three of Alola region Pokémon, Litten Popplio, and Rowlet, cannot be seen in their shiny forms.
Trainers are bewildered by this non-availability of shiny Alola Region Pokémon even after months of starting the Season of Alola event. Moreover, all three of them also appear in this month’s events. Many still hope Niantic will release the shiny Litten in any of the Community Day Events or during the ongoing Dark Flames event. But still, no official confirmation has been made by Pokémon Go creators.
But don’t lose your hopes. Niantic has its own plans and its own phase of releasing shiny Pokémon. However, there is a high possibility of seeing a shiny Litten this year.
