To get a Shiny Fennekin in Pokemon Go, you must participate in May’s Community Day event. It is scheduled for Sunday, May 21, 2023. The event will run from 2 PM to 5 PM in each trainer’s local time zone. During the event, you’ll have an increased chance of encountering a Shiny Fennekin either in the wild or as a reward for completing Research tasks. So make sure to mark your calendars and prepare for a fun-filled day of catching and evolving Fennekin.
After the May Community Day event for Fennekin that ends at 5 PM, trainers can continue to enjoy special 4-Star Raid Battles. It features Braixen and goes on until 10 PM. Winning one of these battles will trigger additional Fennekin sightings around the Gym that hosted the Raid for 30 minutes. However, it’s important to note that these bonus 4-Star Raid Battles can only be accessed in person. And Remote Raid Passes cannot be used. So, be sure to attend the Raid Battles in person to make the most of the opportunity to catch more Fennekin.
