Afterward, all players worldwide will have a chance to face Mega Rayquaza in Raids when it debuts globally on August 27, 2023.
Mega Rayquaza will appear in raid battles in London and Osaka, where ticket holders can earn Mega Energy after successfully defeating the raid boss. It’s important to note that Rayquaza can only be caught during these raids, and players can later evolve Rayquaza into Mega Rayquaza using Mega Energy, a new item obtainable from a Meteorite.
