What Is Siphon in Fortnite?
Siphon is a health and shield-stealing mechanic in Fortnite. It can refill your health and shield you whenever you damage or kill an enemy. After every enemy elimination, Siphon will give the player an extra 50 shields or 50 health or 50 increments in health and shield combined. Usually, this option is enabled in the Fortnite arena.

This feature was released on 20th December 2018 and has been on and off occasionally. At the beginning of the new season, Fortnite announced the removal of Siphon. However, sharing a Twitter message on 20th July 2023, Fortnite informed that Siphon had been enabled for the upcoming FNCS Major 3 and Last Chance Major. Also, Siphon will be available in the week’s Solo Victory Cash Cup to monitor and evaluate the impact of Siphon in tournaments. How To Use Siphon in Fortnite?
You need Reality Augments to use Siphon in Fortnite. These new perks were added during the Chapter 4 Season 1 updates. There are two Augments to get Siphon – First is the Shotgun Stricker. It can apply the Siphon reward to any Shotgun you pick. And Rarity Check is the second Augment. It can use the Siphon effect on all Common and Uncommon weapons.
There is no way to know that you will get either of these awesome Reality Augments in a match because these Perks are randomly given to each game. So, the more you play, the more chances you’ll get to grab Siphon rewards.
