Do you want to know Where is the Ship Storage in Starfield? Starfield is an action role-playing game by Bethesda Softworks that was only released on September 6. Since then, players have been eagerly playing, which is unsurprising considering that this game was announced in 2018. In the game, Ship storage holds all your items, so you don’t have to carry them. This guide will tell you where is the Ship Storage in Starfield.
Where Is the Ship Storage in Starfield?
Whatever ship format you have, to access the Ship Storage in the game, you must head to the Cockpit. In there, there will be a screen on the right-hand wall. Click on it to access the ship’s inventory and storage.
You can access the cargo hold through that screen. You can store whatever you want in the storage and the cargo hold. There’s no limit on weight or size. However, there’s a limited space for each ship, and the limit is different for all ships. Depending on the size and weight of the item you’re storing, it will take up more space.
This system is straightforward, but it’s not easy for beginners. There aren’t clear instructions to access it well. But you don’t have to store everything in the ship storage itself. There are other storage places on the ship.

Other Ship Storage Locations in Starfield
You don’t have to store everything in the ship storage. You can store it in the captain’s locker, Lab containers, or the floor. These storage spaces are nowhere as big as the ship storage, but you can store small items.
Depending on the layout of your ship, you will find the Captain’s Locker on the right side of the Cockpit. You can use this to manage your space better and be more organized. You can also drop things on the floor and pick them up later.
The game remembers what you keep at different places and will reflect on the floor. So there’s no problem with storing it on the floor. It won’t count towards the storage space, so you can save more space for more important things. The only downside is that you might have to wade through the items stored on the floor if you don’t mind; that won’t be a problem.
