Bluejay Quest is one of the shortest in the Lightfall post-campaign. It aims to introduce you to the guardians of the Partition Mission. Completing this quest will give you weekly Bounty and Partition access, Tier 1 Powerful Gear, and unlock the next quest, Strider.

Destiny 2: Bluejay Quest – How to complete it?

These are steps to follow to complete Bluejay Quest in Destiny 2.

  1. Select your destination; Neomuna, Neptune.

  2. Visit Nimbus and talk with her.

    You can find Nimbus in Strid’s Gate. In addition, she can help you access Bluejay’s old work and information about Polymorphic Engine and Shellcodes.

  3. Defeat enemies in the current Vex Incursion Zone with Strand.

    Open the map to find Vex Incursion zone. Visit the place and battle with enemies. First, you must have the Strand Subclass. Then you can get the 8 Shellcode Fragments and open a Terminal Overloaded Key Chest. You need a Terminal Overloaded Key to open the Chest, which will help you get a Polymorphic Engine.
    You can check the map to find the current Vex Incursion zone of the week. It will be highlighted with a multicolored icon and streaks of colored light.

  4. Complete the Partition Activity.

    Newly created Polymorphic Shellcodes act as a one-time key. There are three types of Partitions, but you can choose whichever you prefer, complete it and move on to the final stage of Bluejay Quest. For example, you can go to the Liming Harbor, Neomuna. Then, enter a portal and explore VexNet.

  5. Return to the Hall of Heroes.

  6. Find the Hall of Heroes, interact, and repair Bluejay’s memorial.

  7. Return to Quinn and talk to her to unlock the next quest; Strider.

Now that you have rebuilt the Bluejay memorial, the next step is fixing Strider’s. Strider is unique because he was the first Cloud Rider. Passing that task will give you access to Winterbite, Exotic Glaive Quest.
