Corrections

Spotted a mistake? Email gigascreens.contact@gmail.com or use the contact page. Send the page link and what’s wrong. A source helps a lot, like a manufacturer support page or a spec sheet. That’s the quickest way for us to check it.

What counts as a correction

Anything factual that’s wrong. A spec, a menu path, a warranty or pixel policy, a fix step that doesn’t do what we say, a tool that misbehaves, or a claim we can’t back up.

Typos and dead links get fixed too, just without a note. And if you disagree with an opinion on a page, tell us anyway. We’ll read it as feedback unless the facts behind the opinion are off.

What happens after you report it

  1. We check your report against the source: the manufacturer’s page, the spec sheet, or the tool itself in a current browser.
  2. If we got it wrong, we fix the page.
  3. If the fix changes what a reader would do or believe, the page gets a correction note.
  4. If we can’t confirm the problem, the page stays as it is.

How a correction shows up

A significant fix gets a short note on the page itself, at the top or next to the section that changed. It gives the date, what was wrong, and what the page says now.

The “Updated” date on the guide changes at the same time. We don’t quietly rewrite a step under the old date, and we don’t move the date when nothing changed.

Small edits don’t get a note. Fixing a typo or a dead link doesn’t change the meaning, so there’s nothing to flag.

Tools count too

Did one of our screen tools act up on your device? Maybe it didn’t fill the screen, or a button did nothing. Report it the same way, and tell us the device, the browser and what you saw. That’s usually enough for us to find the bug.

Correction log

Significant corrections are listed here with the date and the page. The log starts on October 19, 2026, the day this page went up, and nothing has been logged yet.

How we write and check pages in the first place is covered in our editorial policy and on how we test.
