This weapon is part of the Deep Stone Crypt Raid Gear set, so the only way to get this Sword would be to defeat the raid’s final boss. The boss is called Taniks the Abomination.
When you can defeat him, you will have a chance of getting the sword, but it’s not guaranteed. This is because the Sword has to drop after you defeat Taniks, but that’s not a guarantee. Some other valuable might drop instead of the weapon. After you get a copy, you can buy more copies from the store by giving 20.
It’s important to note that you will have only one chance per character. That means every character gets only one chance to defeat the final boss and have a chance of getting the Sword. If you don’t, you can switch to another character and try.
