How To Use XL Candy in Pokémon Go?
You can use XL Candy to power up Pokémon up to level 50. With two power-ups in each level, you’ll need 296 XL Candy to boost one beast throughout the way. This number is the same for every Pokémon unless it’s a Shadow or Purified one. A shadow Pokémon needs 360 XL Candy, and Purified Pokémon require 272 XL Candy.
