This event was unlocked by completing various Global Challenges during the Global Pokémon GO Fest 2023. It includes new Pokémon, shiny variants, Unown letters that spell PALDEA, exclusive Raids, and many other exciting features. So, let’s talk about how to get Pawmi in the Pokemon Go Paldea event.
How To Get Pawmi In Pokemon Go Paldea Event
As part of the Ultra Unlock: Paldea event, Pokémon players can catch three new Paldean Pokémon:
- Pawmi
- Frigibax
- Nymble
While Nymble and Pawmi are common spawns, Frigibax is a rare one. However, after the event ends on September 15, 2023, these Pokémon will no longer appear in the wild. Frigibax will be added to the 10km Egg hatches this season. Still, it’s uncertain when Pawmi and Nymble will be available again. Nonetheless, they’re expected to become common spawns in the future.

Besides catching Pawmi, players can also enjoy other bonuses during the Ultra Unlock: Paldea event, such as 4x XP and 4x Stardust for catching Pokémon. Additionally, players can access exclusive rewards by purchasing US$5 timed research, including two encounters with Pawmi and a Pawmi backpack avatar item.
Pawmi Evolution Level
Once Pawmi is caught, players can use Candy to evolve it into its evolved forms. To evolve Pawmi into Pawmo, players need 25 Pawmi Candy. To evolve Pawmo into Pawmot, players must have 100 Pawmi Candy and explore 25km with Pawmo as their Buddy. These evolutions are possible at any level, provided the player has the necessary Candy and has explored the required distance with their Buddy.

Other Debut Pokemon In Pokemon Go Paldea Event
During the current event in Pokémon GO, players have the opportunity to catch several new Pokémon, including Nymble, Lokix, Pawmo, Pawmot, Frigibax, Arctibax, Baxcalibur, and Bombirdier. These Pokémon were first discovered in the Paldea region and debuted in the game.
In addition to catching these new Pokémon, players can evolve them into their evolved forms.
- To evolve Nymble into Lokix, players will need 50 Nymble Candy.
- To evolve Frigibax into Arctibax, players will need 25 Frigibax Candy.
- Lastly, to evolve Arctibax into Baxcalibur, players will require 100 Arctibax Candy.
