In the movie, he is incredibly wealthy and the Villain. He is also the materialistic type and a Wall Street investment Banker who supposedly lives a secret life as a serial killer.
Bateman wasn’t first featured in the movie. He first appeared in a novel. The second novel after “The Rules of Attraction” is where he arose. His father was featured in the first novel. According to the storyline, he graduated from Harvard and moved to New York City.
The only reason fans believe that the Collab between Bateman and Fortnite will happen is because of that TikTok video that has gained much traction. It shows a complete set of Patrick Bateman items. But they are only fan-made.
