Newnight released the Early Access version of Sons of the Forest in February 2023, and it is only available on Microsoft Windows- Steam. There is no official news about the exact release day for the PlayStation platform.
However, many players worldwide are waiting to get their hands on this game through PS4 and PS4. Sons of the Forest Game prequel, The Forest, was initially released on the Windows platform and came to the console after a few months. Perhaps this will take the same path. And Newnight says the Early Access will last for 6 to 8 months. So, there is a big chance of getting it on PlayStation before this year ends.
