They are so precise that they can shoot water to strike empty cans 160 feet away. When you give the Blastoise 200 Mega energy, it will be able to Mega evolve into Mega Blastoise.
Mega Blastoise
This is a temporary evolution of the Blastoise and other Pokémon that have reached their final evolution stage. The difference between the Mega Blastoise and the regular one is that the Mega Blastoise has much more combat power. It also has a canon that is as powerful as a tank gun. It has strong legs to be able to handle the recoil of the canon.
