    Open the Command Prompt by typing ‘cmd’ in Windows Search Box.
    Run Command Prompt as an Administrator.
    Type ipconfig/flushdns> enter
    ipconfig/release > enter
    ipconfig/renew> enter
    netsh int ip reset> enter
    netsh winsock reset> enter
  3. Change DNS settings
    Go to Control panel> Network Connections> Ethernet
    Right-click on the icon and go to Properties
    Select Internet Protocol Version 4, then click Properties
    Set the preferred DNS Server address to 8888
    And alternate DNS Server address to 8844> OK> Close
    Restart the PC
  4. Clear browser Cache
    Open the browser settings and clear browsing data, Cache, and Cookies
  5. Disable Firewall
    Sometimes your Firewall might block some Roblox features.
    Open Control Panel> Windows Defender Firewall
    Select Turn Windows Defender Firewall on and off
    Tick Turn off Windows Defender Firewall in both private and public network settings.
    Click OK
  6. Run Roblox as an Administrator.
    You can try to run RobloxPlayerLauncher.exe and RobloxPlayerBeta.exe as an Administrator.
  7. Disable the anti-virus guard.
    Temporarily disable the anti-virus guard in the PC, Restart it, and try logging in to Roblox.
  8. Update the game
    Check your Roblox game is up to date. If not, update the game, restart the PC, and try logging in.
