Do you want to know if the Pump is back in Fortnite? The Pump Shotgun in Fortnite has been the most popular gun in the entire game, and it was the reason that Fortnite was so fun to play. The sheer amount of power behind the trigger of this gun is what captivates players and makes them want to play. But this time, they are back with a Twist. They are no longer the Pump Shotgun from Chapter 1, Season 1. This guide will tell you if the Pump is back in Fortnite.
Has the Pump Shotgun Returned to Fortnite?
The Original Pump Shotgun hasn’t returned to Fortnite in the new season, but there are rumors of it returning. The Havoc Pump Shotgun is still there, though.
According to the Dataminer and Leaker called “HYPEX,” the original pump shotgun will return. It will also come with a slight twist. It will have a tighter spread and a more extended damage range. This sounds like a Sniper rifle.
The Pump Shotgun is returning, BUT:
– Tight spread
– Long range
– 160 Headshot Damage at Legendary Rarity pic.twitter.com/fc93TTay3G— HYPEX (@HYPEX) June 27, 2023
That’s not all. The Legendary version of the weapon apparently will do 160 Headshot damage. Now that this weapon has these stats, it will be even more dangerous up close. This is easily a broken weapon if you can land your shots without getting hit. The tighter spread would mean that the damage per shot will be much more significant since the area of effect is smaller.
It’s important to note that this won’t be enough to one-shot someone. It will still take a couple of good shots to kill the player.

Havoc Pump Shotgun Stats in Fortnite
The Havoc Pump Shotgun deals about 132 damage and has a headshot multiplier of 2x.
This weapon is the closest look-a-like of the original Pump Shotgun we have ever had. On top of that, the mythic version of the Drum Shotgun is being added to the game.
The maximum damage the Havoc Pump Shotgun can do is up to 190. It’s been capped to that point. Because of the amount of power this gun has, players still love using it even though it’s not as good as the Original one. It’s very satisfying to use but not very pleasing on the receiving end.
You can find this weapon at Anvil Square for 250 Gold bars. This is the Epic version of the gun, so if you don’t want to spend Gold bars, you can find the gun on the ground, but that’s the regular weapon. The mythic version can only be found in vaults.
Fortnite is available on PC, PS4/PS5, and XBOX.
