At this location, you will meet one of the Fortnite characters, Tomatohead.
Tomatohead is an NPC who sells the Fortnite Pizza Party for 50 gold bars. He only has four in stock, so he may have sold out if you approach him later in a match. It’s important to note that Tilted Towers can be chaotic, so you may have to deal with several other players in the area, even if you land there immediately from the battle bus.
This box can be thrown on the ground, uncovering eight pizza slices of Rare Rarity. Each piece consumed gives you 25 health and 25 shields, up to 100 health and 50 shields. This makes it a valuable player asset, particularly in intense battles where health and shield are critical for survival.
To use the Pizza Party item, you must first throw it on the ground to activate it. At this point, it yields eight pizza slices and cannot be picked up again. Then, approach it, and you’ll see two prompts: Eat A Slice or Take A Slice. Choose ‘Take A Slice‘ to add it to your inventory.
You can only carry one Fortnite Pizza Party item per inventory position and stack two slices per slot. Therefore, taking the box around is more efficient until you need to use it.

What Is The Difference Pizza Party In Fortnite Season 4
In Fortnite Chapter 4: Season 4, the Pizza Party item has undergone some changes. While the box still contains eight pieces of pizza, each slice now restores 5 HP and 30 shields. This alteration is significant because it places more emphasis on shield restoration than health. It’s also important to note that consuming all eight pizza slices will fully restore your HP and shields.
Moreover, the way to obtain the Pizza Party item has also changed. In previous seasons, it could be found at Uncle Pete’s Pizza Pit in Tilted Towers or bought from the NPC Tomatohead. In Season 4, the Pizza Party item is now part of Fortnite‘s regular loot pool and can be obtained as normal ground loot or in crates.
