How To Beat Iron Viscount in Genshin Impact
The Iron Viscount is not an easy foe to defeat, as it has high defense, powerful attacks, and a shield that protects it from damage.
You must defeat it using the Xenochromatic Armored Crab and the Pufferfish as shields and counter-attacks. Be sure to steer clear of its spinning attack and eliminate its protection. Keep an eye out for recovery orbs to regenerate your HP. The Xenochromatic Armored Crab can generate a shield that can deflect the Iron Viscount’s attacks back at it. The Pufferfish can explode when hit by an attack and deal damage to nearby enemies.
Iron Viscount’s primary attacks are spinning, throwing, and shield attacks. These can deal AoE damage around themselves, send projectiles to the player’s position, and create a barrier around themselves.
To defeat the Iron Viscount, a level 90 enemy with formidable resistance to both physical and elemental damage, players must equip their characters with weapons and artifacts that enhance their attack, critical rate, critical damage, and essential mastery.

How To Find Iron Viscount in Genshin Impact
To reach the Iron Viscount in the Beryl Region, players must complete the Archon Quest “Chapter II: Act III – Omnipresence Over Mortals” and obtain the Waverider boat. They can then sail to the island marked on the map and solve a hot spring puzzle that uses their elemental skills to activate four switches in a specific order: Pyro, Hydro, Electro, and Cryo. Once the puzzle is solved, a portal will appear, allowing the player to access the underwater domain where the Iron Viscount can be found. This area was added in version 2.1 of the game.
