Black Widow is a Marvel Series outfit in Fortnite: Battle Royal as a part of Widow’s Pack of Avengers Set. This outfit first appeared in Season 8, and the release date is April 2019. You need 1,500 V Bucks to purchase a Black Widow outfit from the item store.
So far, this outfit has appeared only in 6 Item Shops and was last seen on May 2019, 1492 days ago.

1. Reflex
Reflex is quick to react, first to retaliate character in Fortnite. It was released in Season 7 on November 2018 as part of the Counterattack Set. Also, you can obtain it by redeeming the GeForce Fortnite Bundle code for $7.99.
This skin was first available in the item shop in March 2019. You have to spend 1,200 V Bucks to purchase it. After its unintentional release in the Item Shop, Fortnite replaced Reflex with Stealth Reflex as the GeForce Fortnite Bundle Outfit. And they gifted the latter as an apology to individuals who had used the code earlier.
So far, this skin has appeared in only two Item Shops and was last seen on 4th March 2019, 1555 days ago.
