Destiny 2: How To Get and Complete Fishing Rally

Do you want to know how to complete the fishing rally in Destiny 2? Fishing rally is a weekly quest in Destiny 2 where you have to fish for different kinds of fish, and based on the type of fish you get, you get points for it. There are five steps in this quest that you have to complete to complete the quest. This guide will tell you how to complete a fishing rally in Destiny 2.

How To Complete the Fishing Rally in Destiny 2

To complete the quest in Destiny 2, you must earn 500 points by catching different kinds of fish.

These are the points you get for each kind of fish:

  1. Exotic fish: 20 points
  2. Legendary: 5 points
  3. Rare: 2 points
  4. Uncommon: 1 point

Using this information, you may plan how you will complete this. It’s important to note that this is not easy by any means.

You need to catch at least 25 legendary if you want this to end quickly, and that’s impossible. You will not find that many Legendary fish. Many players are saying it took them two hours to complete this.

According to players on Reddit, the quest isn’t worth it since the rewards aren’t that great, and there’s only one type of exotic fish. The other type of exotic fish is either bugging or it’s saved for a later event.

How To Get Whispering Mothcarp During a Fishing Rally in Destiny 2

The Whispering Mothcarp is an exotic fish found in Savathun’s Throne World, Nessus, and the EDZ, where each location is filled with fish.

The Whispering Mothcarp looks like the Dopefish in DOOM Eternal because of its beady orange-colored eyes and green-colored skin. It’s also one of the larger exotic fish in the game.

Having a fish like this in the game is excellent, but many players say they haven’t seen the fish yet. The only exotic fish that players have been able to catch is the Axehead. The other three exotic fish haven’t been sighted by anyone yet.
