Defeating the Parade Master: First Boss in Lies of P
There are different bosses in the game, the first one being the Parade Master. As the game is released recently, layers must deal with this boss with only a few weapons. Parade Master can be found right after the second Stargazer in the Krat Station area called ‘Ceransani Alley.’ Even though you don’t have many weapons at your disposal at this stage of the game, how you deal with the boss will be based on your playstyle rather than the guns.

Choosing the Weapon of Choice
Choosing the weapon of choice will be based on your preferences. At this stage of the game, you might have acquired,
- Wintry Rapier by The Way of the Bastard
- Greatsword of Fate by The Way of the Sweeper
- Puppet’s Saber
One of these weapons should be with you as you have completed the first part to reach the boss fight. If you don’t have any of them, don’t worry, as the nearby Wandering Merchant is selling all these weapons for 300 Ergo a piece. The merchant is also selling Electric Blitz Abrasives and Throwing Cells, which are electrical elemental weapons that the Parade Master is weak against.
Defeating Parade Master
In defeating the Parade Master, you should understand that the fight has two phases. In the first phase, the Parade Master is a bit vulnerable. But his health becomes much more lethal after his health drops below 50%.

But dealing with these two phases will be easy as you have the electrical elemental weapons and the weapon of your choice. Parade Master is a slow boss, so if you get hold of the pattern, it will be easy to defeat him. When you see an opening, do a Fable Attack, which will be indicated by the buttons at the bottom. In the second phase, Parade Master will also use his head as a weapon, so be aware of that. It is wiser to dodge the attacks in the second phase rather than try to counterattack them. In the second phase, he will be much slower, and in an opening, try performing another Fable Attack, and you should be winning the fight.
After defeating the Parade Master, the first boss of Lies of P, the boss drop will consist of 5000 Ergo and Quartz. These could be used later in the game for upgrades. Upon defeating the Parade Master, you will also gain access to the Krat Hotel.
