How to Defeat Bomb King in Final Fantasy 16?

In a war, knowing your enemy is the best thing to do. Bomb King comes with a B-graded Mark Rank. And it has some powerful abilities. If you fight with it, keep these tips in mind.

  • Coronation Special Attack is one of its iconic moves. It is big yet has a slow projectile and burns the landing area. You can easily dodge it by running away. And remember not to step on the burning areas as the fire will last for a long time.
  • King Justice move will set a group of bomb enemies against you. But they are weak and explode when their HP gets low as time passes. It is useless to fight with them. Just try to avoid them and buy some time until they get tired. But remember to stay away when they explode. The explosion can be pretty nasty.
  • You can use the Eikonic skill “Heatwave” to soak up the magic of the attacks and send strong waves back at the king.
  • Phoenix Strike will come in handy in your defense.
