They have released a YouTube video showing us what the new collab will look like. It is filled with many actions and adventures with pirates, ships, sea, and canons. You can board the Baratie, fight for control, capture canon, and destroy enemy ships. Not only that, as the icing on top, they have released the map code 7374-8187-1871 along with the open invitation.

One Piece and Fortnite Collaboration – How It All Started
One Piece is a Japanese manga series based on pirates. The story revolves around Monkey D Luffy and his Straw Hat pirate crew. The series was one of the longest (started in 1997 and running until now) yet famous worldwide. Even Netflix decided to do an anime adaption with that and released the first episode. It was aired successfully on 31st August 2023 and got a 95% success rate.
The Fortnite and One Piece collaboration rumors began to surface on this background. There were plenty of leaks, and some sources are from inside, which we can’t set aside. Some fans said this is the ideal time to collaborate with One Piece, as the trend with the Netflix release is getting high. But some think otherwise. They argue that Fortnite recently shook hands with Jujutsu Kaisen, another Japanese Anime, and now they will not say yes to another, not this soon.
Even though things are happening like this on that side, Fortnite still hasn’t officially announced this collaboration. However, players are excited and eager to enter and live an adventure-filled pirate life.
